Returns Policy

At Julias We are committed to providing quality products and good service to our customers, and want them to have an enjoyable shopping experience. For this reason, we try and make the process of returning goods simple.
Delivery

• You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and the price paid.
• Goods are usually despatched within 1 – 3 working days after the order is onfirmed by e-mail from Julias and dependant on goods being in stock.
• If any products are out of stock you will be contacted to be offered an alternative if you wish.

Cancelling an order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by sending an email using the email address at the bottom of this page.

Returning an item
When cancelling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to make the return within 30 days. Once we have received the goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.

To return an item, send the goods to the address at the bottom of the page quoting your order number and reason for cancellation e.g. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Receipt for proof of postage is recommended.

Guarantees and Warranties
Julias will make every reasonable effort to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we do not offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers or artists.

Pricing
All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and include VAT (if appropriate) but don’t include any carriage charges.

Privacy Policy
We at Julias take your privacy very seriously. We will handle any information supplied to us by our customers in the strictest confidence. We do not share any information with any third party. Any information is used solely for our own purpose, in order to supply you with good customer service. We absolutely do not and will not pass your details onto any third parties for marketing purposes.
